What does these squads do?

 

OVERWATCH is a transhuman equivalent to Dispatch. OVERWATCH will now refer to the AI controller who wields supreme authority over the Overwatch detachment.It is likely these characters will fly with the ground team in the form of OTA SCANNER units.

 

 

The EOC are the commanding Overwatch soldiers, who are the soldiers to pass on operations and messages from OVERWATCH to the desired squads. The EOC are the best of the best, the irreplaceable and responsible. These soldiers the only ones with authority over other soldiers. The EOC soldiers does not have their own squad and are seen as individual commanders.

They are the ones to train the Overwatch soldiers, lead Overwatch and enforce discpline among the soliders.

 

 

SQUAD A is the main fire team, the hammer and the scalpel of Overwatch, the insertion team (SQUAD A would be somewhat compared to todays SWAT teams). Their job is to go into dangerous zones and environments, clear and eliminate the threat, complete their objective and get out - as efficiently as possible. SQUAD A members will all have advanced training in squad movement, squad teamwork and all members will be somewhat proficient in weapon utilization and will have a efficient weapon variation. SQUAD A is the fireteam that most citizens fear, because of their menacing look and their immense strength. You don’t want them knocking at your door.

 

 

SQUAD B's role within the Overwatch is totally different to what SQUAD A would do. Their job is to protect, and eliminate any threat to the object in which they are protecting. Many people think of SQUAD B as the bodyguards of Overwatch; if you get too close, you will be seen as hostile and eliminated. There isn’t much else to say about SQAD B, apart from the fact that they have large habits of standing around the Administrator’s office, and they occasionally go outside. To put it bluntly, they’re the more domestic and protecting Transhuman solders.
